UTAP is a training benefit for NTUC Union Members. As an NTUC Union member, you can enjoy 50% unfunded course fee support, capped at $250 every year. Members aged 40 and above can enjoy higher funding support of up to $500 every year through Enhanced UTAP.

NTUC members may claim UTAP support for approved AI Courses and AI Tools Subscription fees from 1 May 2026 to 30 April 2028.

Step 1: Check for UTAP supported courses, AI Tools and training provider.

Step 2: Register for course with training provider and attend training. For course information and enrolment, please contact the training provider.

Step 3: Log in using Singpass and submit the claim within 6 months after course completion. Late claims will be rejected.

Your UTAP claim will take up to 4 weeks to process. You'll be notified by email upon successful disbursement.

1) Select "Membership E-Statement" and login with your Singpass
2) View your "UTAP Balance" and select the claim ID.
